As a renowned dance photographer and creator of Dance As Art- The New York City Photography Project, celebrity personal trainer, Kevin Richardson has trained dozens of dancers over the course of his career and his involvement in the dance world gives him a unique perspective into the needs of today’s dancers. Most dancers need to increase their strength while also transforming their body to a sculpted and lean physique but have little in the way of time for hours of training in the gym in addition to the uncountable hours spent dancing.
