Literally raised in the sport of natural bodybuilding, as the third generation of a family tradition of bodybuilders in his native island of Trinidad, Kevin began training at the age of 14 with a wealth of knowledge from the very start. Coached by some of the best athlete trainers in the world, Kevin starting out on his own as a personal trainer all the while working on a system that would be an answer to his problem of not having enough time to train.

His solution came in the form of specialized high intensity 10 minute workouts designed to be done only 3 times a week. Based completely on the biology of how the human body actually works, Kevin knew intellectually that his newly complied methods would work, but he still had some reservations as it was so different from all other training systems at the time. His skepticism was replaced by amazement when after only a few months he saw a dramatic increase in his strength, overall muscularity and a significant decrease in his body fat! As a lifelong student and teacher of traditional martial arts, he was worried that his cardiovascular endurance would suffer with such brief training sessions, but was shocked to discover that his performance improved significantly in every way! He could even run further than ever before- all without any specific aerobic activity whatsoever!
Most surprising was that after years of frustration and mediocre results following conventional programs, Kevin was finally able to create the physique of his dreams. One that that stands today on par with some of the best natural bodybuilders in the world- all accomplished without the use of anabolic steroids as a lifetime drug free athlete!
Inspired by his own success, Kevin immediately began applying the same principles to his personal training clients, wondering if it would be as effective for them for their somewhat varied goals as it was for him. A true student of the scientific method, Kevin did not work to prove that his system would be universally effective but rather to disprove that it would yield results on every body type and for everyone regardless of their age or level of fitness. It was important for him to know that his success was not a matter of genetics, or luck but that he could consistently replicate his success in others before fully committing to the idea that the system was valid. What he discovered was that it did indeed work on the hundreds that he was able to train over the next decade and a half, and far better than he could ever imagine!

Over the years Kevin of improving and refining the system, a dietary benefit of the training became very apparent. In keeping with Kevin’s Eastern influences from his acupuncture practice and martial arts background, of there being no separation between mind and body the training was a catalyst for dramatic changes in the body. Those changes, increased muscle mass, strength, endurance, and performance levels with a reduction in body fat, had a concurrent effect on the eating habits of his clients.
