5. Naturally Intense System of Diet And Exercise™ Will Help You Stick To Your Routine:


The longer you are able to adhere to a health and fitness regime, the more you will benefit from it. With a time commitment of no more than 10 minutes 3 times a week, Naturally Intense™ is the only system realistically designed for the time constraints of modern life. Over 40% of people that join a gym will never go more than a couple of times, as among other things, finding the time to train is just too hard. My system works on the principle that you get better results from training less. During a workout you are in essence tearing down your muscles and it is the repair process that is responsible for the changes that you want to see in your body in terms of increased strength, muscle mass and tone.


Keeping that in mind, it is important that you always rest for more days than you train so you’ll never be in the gym for more than 3 days a week! Our average client stays with us for a year or more, and the time factor along with the results are major reasons for our unprecedented retention rate.  I also am of the point of view that you really can’t be healthy if you are spending countless hours of your life in a gym or exercising day in and day out. Naturally Intense™ is a tool that you use to go out and enjoy life, and with such a small time commitment, that is exactly what you will do.

It has erroneously thought for several years that aerobics are the only heart friendly exercise, however recent studies have proven what we in the trenches have known all along- weight training does indeed help strengthen your heart, vascular system and the your respiratory system to help increase your endurance and fight against the negative effects of cardiovascular disease.

Each movement (I call them ‘movements’ not exercises since the word movement better describes what I have people do) recruits your back and abdominal muscles and works to develop them to their fullest potential. Developing strong abdominal and back muscles will give you better posture and reduce the chance of back pain and injury.
