Are The Naturally Intense™ NYC Personal Training high intensity 10 minute workouts really really that short?

Yes, sessions last 10 minutes or less and they form the model for the success of everyone on the system, from our founder and personal training staff to all of our clients. Balance is an important aspect of any wholesome lifestyle and our philosophy is that we enable you to accomplish your health and fitness goals in a short enough amount of time so as to allow you to enjoy your life and not be chained to the gym. It’s actually what we do best! The Naturally Intense System of Diet & Exercise™ has helped hundreds of people lose hundreds of pounds over the past 14 years and is one of the most effective methods of long term weight loss. We consistently help clients lose anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs when required without the use of supplements of any kind. Most people are able to lose weight temporarily through diet, supplements and exercise only to regain it within a short period of time. Can I do the Naturally Intense™ 10 Minute workouts on my own?

We offer very competitive packages for such a one of a kind service. On average the cost of a session ranges from $90 to $80 for gym training, based on the length of the package purchased. Prices are lower- $50 per session for our partner program and higher $120 for in home training. Personal training with an experienced and professional personal trainer is a serious undertaking and thus we provide all clients with a free trial session to ensure that we are a good fit!

The Naturally Intense System of Diet & Exercise™ is designed to work in conjunction with a fully qualified personal trainer to monitor and direct your workouts. Some of our Naturally Intense™ Personal Trainers apprentice for as long as 2 to 5 years to master the system and as such we do not offer self training courses. You can make major changes to your body and health within a few months of training with us and learn valuable lessons, but you will need a Naturally Intense™ certified personal trainer to follow the System fully.

How much does personal training sessions cost?

Our founder, Kevin Richardson started using the principles on himself and his clients in 1991, and has been doing so continuously for the past 19 years of his career as a personal trainer, helping hundreds lose weight, improve their health and get into fantastic shape and change their lifestyles in the process.

The first thing we do is make a thorough evaluation of your current state, your goals, eating habits and lifestyle and begin the process of creating a customized eating plan that fits into your life and your schedule.  Diet is responsible for 70-80% of your results and what is great about our System is that it works to change your body in such a profound way that you naturally find yourself gravitating towards the foods that you should be eating as opposed to the foods that are not inherently good for your body. Even if you have tried and failed in the past to adhere to a regiment of better eating, this system will help you maintain the lifestyle changes required for your success. Taken from our founder’s background in Eastern medicinal practices, acupuncture and traditional martial arts, the idea is to change the body and have the mind follow. By creating a leaner, and more muscled physique as well as demanding peak performance during the workouts, the body is forced to ingest foods that will help you maintain your progress and we have had tremendous long term success with people that have very hard times sticking to their diet. With our approach willpower is not an issue- we change the body and the mind follows.

How long has the Naturally Intense System™ been in place?

I am just starting out, how hard are the workouts going to be?

Don’t let the word ‘intense’ mislead you. After an evaluation our experienced personal trainers will always work with you at YOUR LEVEL. Our clientele ranges from individuals in their 60’s, to some in their late teens. From elite athletes, competitive bodybuilders, figure and fitness models to individuals simply seeking to tone their bodies or lose significant amounts of weight. The major strong point of the Naturally Intense System of Diet & Exercise™ is that it works for EVERYONE!

Do I have to do anything extra on my days off if I am only training 3 days a week?

No, and therein lies the beauty of the Naturally Intense System of Diet & Exercise™! Our system works around the idea of balance and efficiency. So after you have done your three ten minute workouts for the week you need not do anything else but enjoy your life! You will lose weight, increase your endurance, get stronger and build a lean and toned body all while you rest!

No aerobics? How can I get into shape without running or cardio?

Repetitive aerobic type activities such as running or aerobic machines and high impact classes are not recommended and can actually hamper your weight loss! You can learn more about the drawbacks to such types of aerobic exercise here in our article database.  Our 10 minute workouts 3 times a week are all you will need to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger tone and sculpt your body as well as increase your endurance.  We do encourage you, however to use your new found energy to pursue physical activities that you enjoy, so if you like running, you can run, but in moderation and out of enjoyment, not for fat burning purposes.

I have already tried everything and failed with so many diets! How will my eating habits change on this program?

I really need to lose weight. Is this system for me?

Naturally Intense Personal Training NYC is now based out of the Synergy Gym, 138 West 14th Street , New York, NY 10011, or at your home or private gym within the NYC area.

Where is the training done?

You will train with either Kevin himself or one of our experienced and professional Naturally Intense™ NYC Personal Trainers. All of our NYC personal trainers are living examples of the system and all have to undergo a lengthy training apprenticeship before becoming certified as Naturally Intense™ Personal Trainers. Not only are they all masters of their craft, but they will also help motivate you and inspire you!
