About Our Training:

Naturally Intense High Intensity Training 10 Minute Workouts™ are a series of joint-safe high intensity training exercises that uses compound weight training movements to take you to the peak of your physical ability. Each high intensity training workout is based on your individual ability and since our high intensity workouts only last 10 minutes, it’s an exercise program that anyone can tolerate.

Unlike other popular HIT training programs advocated by Arthur Jones, Mike Mentzer and Ellington Darden- Naturally Intense High Intensity Training™ is not a set sequence of exercises. Instead, to ensure that there is a consistent pattern of progress and to reduce the likelihood of injury, every workout is completely unique and customized to the trainee’s exercise threshold using a wide range of training techniques. With high intensity training, recovery is an essential part of the equation and so for optimal results, training is done no more than three times a week.

Without a proper diet designed to your individual needs and goals, the most intense of workouts will yield little in terms of results. To that end our personal training approach is one where personalized and practical natural eating plans are an integral part of the Naturally Intense™ system. All of our clients receive an individual holistic dietary guide and Kevin works tirelessly to adjust your food intake and food selections so that your diet is practical, fits your lifestyle and schedule. There are no starvation or calorie restrictive practices, nor is there any reliance on supplements or dietary aids. Our focus is on employing natural foods and teaching the skills required to make healthy eating a consistent part of our clients’ lives.  While some of our clients have lost over 100 lbs following our programs, our success lies not in helping our clients lose weight, but in ensuring that they adopt a way of life that allows them to keep it off.
