That’s a great quote Kevin! I would love to use that with ‘my’ group! I haven’t been in touch lately, but as I was preparing for another group for this Winter/Spring (we started last Tuesday), I was thinking of you, especially as I read the article you sent me and was considering where it would best fit in. I hope you don’t mind me using it again? I have 18 ‘boomer generation’ members working with me this session and from the looks of it, they’re all finishers! :) I hope you and your family is well!

    Kevin,
As much as I want to stick to your eating guidelines, sometimes I get bored with the limited repertoire- tuna, chicken.. veggies.. I was thrilled when you approved of sushi and sashimi! Anything else you can suggest that’s healthy to order in? :) Thanks!

For ordering in you can never go wrong with grilled chicken, fish and meats, and ask for any sauces on the side if they are not heavily salted. Often times you can have the restaurant customize your orders, and it is always a great idea to build a relationship with the food vendours that you frequent. That way they are more inclined to give you waht you ask for. Don’t forget the ‘Allowed Foods’ listing, which numbers well over a hundred different items that you can have in addition to your basic diet. The listings are always being updated and look very soon for the dozens of recipes that you can use to add some serious spice to your healthy eating life.
