		<description>I recently started at Five Seasons in Westlake, Ohio.  I met with one of our trainers and we went over diet and nutrition.  She told me the importance of breakfast...wow!  It has totally changed my weight loss around.  I never used to eat till late afternoon.  Now that I started eating breakfast, I have lost weight.  What a difference.</description>

Than continuing to eat regular healthy meals maybe 4 more throught out the day is an easy way to keep the metabolism going. Your metabolism is the key to losing weight, keep it running fast and you will control your weight.
